Customer-set deposit limits are designed to help you gamble safely.
Limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- IMPORTANT: The deposit limit you set only applies to the specific website where you set it and won’t automatically apply to any other websites we own or operate.

FOR UK CUSTOMERS
- If your account is registered in the UK, we use Net Deposit limits.
- This means your limit allows you to deposit the set amount plus anything you have withdrawn.
- You can set your own deposit limits and request to adjust them at any time online through the Control Centre.
FOR NON-UK CUSTOMERS
- If your account is registered in any other country, and you are logging in from the UK, we use Gross Deposit limits.
- This means your limit allows you to deposit the set amount.
- You can set your own deposit limits and request to adjust them at any time online through the Control Centre.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HIT MY LIMIT?
You won't be able to deposit until the net position of deposits is released - this is dependent on your rolling limit period.
An example of how that works if your limit is £1000 on a monthly basis:
- You deposit £500 and spend it on the 1st of the month.
- You deposit £500 and spend it on the 15th of the month.
- You'll be next able to deposit a further £500 on the 1st of the following month but not more unless you have winnings, or you could wait until the 15th of the following month and deposit £1000.
GUIDE TO SET A PROPER DEPOSIT LIMIT
To help you set limits that are right for you, try answering this short questionnaire:
- Establish what constitutes an acceptable loss before starting to gamble.
- Note how often you play.
- Note how long you play during each gaming session.
Use your answers to determine how much you would like to allow yourself to spend per day, per week or per month.
In the event that the restrictions which we set for you on your account, is lower than the deposit limit which you have set, the restrictions that we set shall apply.
