You may be asked to verify details, such as:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Full postal address
This could be requested upon any of the following, but not limited to:
- Making a deposit
- Requesting a withdrawal
- Raising your deposit/withdrawal limits
- Accessing the account from a different country to that registered
So how do I verify my account?
Verifying your account is secure and will only take a few moments. Simply upload a photo or scanned copy of any one of the ID documents listed below and we'll update you once reviewed/verified.
Provide one of the following documents that include your current residential address:
- Drivers License - Front and Back
- National ID Card - Front and Back
Alternatively, should you wish to provide us with a passport, we'll also require one of the documents listed below, containing your residential address and issued within the last 3 months:
- Bank or Credit Card Statement
- Utility Bill
- Signed Credit Agreement
- Council Tax Bill
- Insurance Policy
- Tenancy Agreement
