Withdrawing via Interac e-transfer
To withdraw your winnings via Interac e-transfer, please carry out the following:
- Visit the 'Lobby' and select 'Cashier'.
- Click the 'Withdrawal' tab.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Choose Interac e-transfer as the withdrawal method.
- Click 'Withdraw' to complete the transaction.
- Once the withdrawal is fully processed by us, Interac e-transfer will take an additional 1-3 days to prepare your funds for claiming.
Important: How to claim your funds
- A password will be sent to you via email from Interac/Gigadat to claim the funds. (888 does not have access to these passwords, as they are generated solely by Interac/Gigadat).
- Submit the password to Interac e-transfer via their mobile application in order to claim your withdrawal.
- Remember to claim your funds within 30 days, otherwise they'll be returned to your 888 account.
