Chip dumping is when one or more players deliberately lose their funds in a game to a designated recipient, transferring the funds across the poker tables.
"What is Collusion"
Collusion is when two or more players play together by sharing information relating to the cards they are holding. They do this in order to take advantage over the other players at the table and to increase their chance of winning the hand in play.
"Should I accept a Money Transfer from someone I don't know?"
Avoid getting involved in any deals or receiving Money Transfers from other members whom you do not know or trust. Any deal which seems too good to be true normally is.
"Can I dump money to my friend over the Heads Up tables?"
Any form of passing funds across the tables is a breach of our Terms and Conditions, regardless of the table or other members who may be involved. If you want to transfer funds to a friend please use the Money Transfer feature in the Cashier.
"What do I do if I witness Collusion or Chip Dumping"
Should you witness or suspect any type of fraud on the table, be it chip dumping or collusion please contact the operations team at pokeroperations@888brands.net and provide as much information as possible. For example, the date, usernames, Tournament or Table ID, reason for suspicion.
"Why can't you tell me anything if I report Chip Dumping or Collusion"
