- If you still don't hear any sound, check that the speakers on your computer/device are turned on and the volume icon on your desktop taskbar is not muted.
- Lastly, right click the volume icon on your taskbar to access the sound settings, ensuring that the correct output device is selected e.g. "Speakers", "Headphones", etc.
