WHAT COUNTS AS PROOF OF ADDRESS?
Accepted proof of address documents may include:
- Utility bill (can be from the same company, as long as they’re from different periods)
- Insurance policy
- Document issued by the Irish Tax Office (Irish Commissioner)
- Document issued by the Department of State
HOW OLD CAN MY PROOF OF ADDRESS DOCUMENTS BE?
- Your Proof of Address must be dated within the last six (6) months.
CAN I USE DIGITAL COPIES OR PHOTOS OF MY DOCUMENTS?
Yes, as long as the images are clear and all information is fully visible.
To help avoid delays:
- Make sure your documents are valid and up to date
- Include the full document in the image
- Ensure all corners are visible
- Use good lighting and avoid glare or blur
WHERE CAN I UPLOAD MY DOCUMENTS?
- You can upload your documents via our Safe Cashier.
- All documents uploaded here are stored securely and cannot be viewed by any third parties other than specifically authorized personnel.
HOW LONG DOES VERIFICATION TAKE?
- We aim to review documents as quickly as possible.
