A reminder that Mr Green in your territory will move to a new operator, ComeOn, on 18 November.
If you want to continue with your Mr Green account, your account details and funds will be migrated automatically. You don’t need to withdraw your balance before the change.
If you don’t want your Mr Green account to move to ComeOn, you can close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before 18 November. This doesn’t block you from opening a new account with the new Mr Green site after this date.
After 18 November, you’ll need to access the ComeOn-operated site to withdraw any remaining funds.

From this date, Mr Green in your territory will be operated by ComeOn and your funds will be migrated automatically to the new Mr Green site.
No action is needed to move your account details and funds – they’ll be migrated automatically.
If you don’t want to your account to migrate to ComeOn, please close your current account and withdraw any remaining balance before 18 November. This doesn’t prevent you from opening a new account with the new Mr Green site later.
After 18 November, your funds will remain secure, but withdrawals will need to be made through the ComeOn-operated site. Following this change, ComeOn will handle any query, requests or feedback relating to activity on your account from 18th November onwards.
