How to start Live Chat if you are logged in your account

1. Go to the 888 website
2. Click the “?” button on the top right
   
   
   
3. At the bottom of the Help Widget, click the “Message Us” icon.
   

How to Live Chat if you are NOT logged in your account

If you aren't logged in to the account and trying to access the chat from the app, follow these steps:

1. Open the 888 app and click on the top left menu button:
2. Click on “Help Centre”
   
   
   
3. At the bottom of the help tab that opens, you'll find the same “Message Us” icon.
