What happens to my account?
A: Your account will still be active until 21st October. You can deposit until 18th October and place bets or play games until 21st October.
What if my account is registered to a poker tournament past the closure date?
A: If you signed up to any poker tournament that will begin 21st October onwards, your registration will be cancelled and your account will be refunded.
What happens to my remaining balance?
A: Your current balance will remain untouched, until you decide to withdraw it. Withdrawal period is until 15th November.
Will I be able to access my Venezuela account in a different country?
A: No, you won't be able to access your registered account anywhere else.

What happens to my pending bets?
A: Open bets that are available until 21st October will be settled normally. Any open bets that are due past 21st October will be void and refunded to your account immediately.
What happens to my bonuses?
A: If any bonuses remain unused, they will be forfeited.
Payments Related
How can I withdraw my remaining funds?
A: You can get your funds following the normal withdrawing process. If you're unable to claim it before the 15th November, you'll need to contact us, so you can withdraw manually.
If my account is restricted/suspended, can I still withdraw?
A: It depends on our review. If we find that your account still need requirements, then you must send us the complete documents before proceeding to the next step. If we find that your account is suspicious, then we may decline your request for withdrawal as stated in our terms and conditions.
If my account isn't verified, can I still withdraw?
A: We'll need to complete your verification first, before you can withdraw. Any additional information will be communicated to you.
